KDM Group Appoints Dr Brian Zahra as Chief Risk and Transformation Officer

KDM Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Brian Zahra as Chief Risk and Transformation Officer, a newly strengthened leadership role aimed at supporting the Group’s continued growth, integration and operational resilience.

As KDM Group continues to expand and develop across its portfolio of companies, the role will focus on strengthening Group-wide governance, risk management and integration, while supporting greater alignment between the Group’s strategic objectives and the operations of its subsidiaries.

Dr Zahra will work closely with the Group’s leadership and management teams to further embed risk management into strategic and operational decision-making, strengthen governance and accountability, and support the development of more integrated and effective processes across the organisation. His remit will also include operational resilience, business continuity, compliance, technology and emerging risks, as well as transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service quality and organisational effectiveness.

The appointment reflects KDM Group’s continued commitment to building a strong and sustainable organisational structure as the Group grows. By further strengthening oversight, integration and risk management across its businesses, KDM aims to ensure that its companies remain aligned, resilient and well positioned to support the Group’s long-term strategic direction.

Dr Zahra brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across governance, organisational transformation, risk management and strategic operations, providing strong expertise to support this next phase of KDM Group’s development.
