Shelly holds a master’s degree in international Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management, and has recently enhanced her expertise through professional development in Digital Marketing and Legal Obligations for Company Directors.

In her new role, Shelly will lead the Group’s corporate affairs strategy, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, compliance to corporate responsibilities and ESG, liaison with kdm. foundation and stakeholder relations across the Group’s portfolio. Her appointment marks a significant step in strengthening our corporate governance framework ensuring alignment with kdm. group values and long-term vision.
