G4S acquire CIT Business from Signal 8 Security Services Ltd
As part of the strategy for growth G4S Malta has recently acquired the Cash in Transit (CIT) Business from Signal 8 Security Services Ltd following a due diligence process and following discussions with the shareholders.
G4S Malta considers the CIT business as a core service of the company and has always looked at opportunities for growth whilst ensuring a quality service on the Maltese Islands. This take over is effective immediately and the smooth transition of all clients will be handled in the coming weeks.
The G4S brand is synonymous with security services on the island and also operates man guarding services, a monitoring station, enforcement services and a full range of security systems.
